You just lost a customer. I made an appointment for 2:00 p.m. service to my vehicle. I dropped it off and was told I'd receive a call shortly. After an hour I called up there, no answer, I left a message. Another hour goes by another message no call back. By 5:30 I decide to drive up there knowing they were only open till 6:00. I get there and the service department is closed early. I found a girl in another area who thankfully was able to find my keys so I could take my car and leave. I will never take my car for service here again. I am furious that no one even called me and then they just closed shop. Horrible customer service.

I went in a Jeep Wrangler owner and came out a Bronco enthusiast! I was getting the run around from a couple of Jeep dealerships so I was frustrated. My insurance agent said she had the same experience and decided to go with a Bronco. My father retired from Ford so I decided I’d test drive one and I’m happy I made that choice. Excellent service and I did have an issue with a frozen window relay and they fixed it and provided a loaner since it happened Friday at 4:45 pm! Thank you for bringing me back to Ford!

I have all my oil changes there. I bought 4 brand new tires. I also had new breaks and rotors put on there. This service is fantastic. The price was very reasonable. I will continue to have Mike Bass for all my car issues. The guys in the department that took care of my car issues are very nice and respectful.

Great experience as I brought my motorhome in for service. They were thorough and showed me what needed fixed, adjusted and changed the oil. I was done in less than an hour.

Yet another Ford service center that can NOT service their own vehicles properly. It’s very discouraging that many generations of my family gave a lot of blood sweat and tears for Ford assembly lines and I’ve always bought, driven and enjoyed Fords for the last almost 30 years. The problem is the older and busier I get I don’t have time to do a simple oil change, inspection or brake service and trust that bringing it to a place that services them would be the smart move. I’m not getting that service expected from a Ford company. I really don’t want to take elsewhere like a lot of other people have suggested but I feel like going to a third dealer in less than a year and a half is stupid. Was going to give a second because Tony went out of his way to make things right and seemed genuinely upset with the situation until the very next day my tire pressure monitor broke in the exact same tire that they seized the caliper in and he didn’t think that was icaised by the heat from the brakes, which I find difficult to believe. All in all, not great Ford. Not great Mike Bass FORD. Not great Quicklane at Mike Bass Ford.
